Policy

Damage/Cancellation Policy

A $500 rental deposit is due upon booking of this property and return of signed rental agreement. Once the renter checks into the property, this $500 then becomes a damage/security deposit and is returned to the primary renter after checkout.

 

Any malicious damage to the property or excessive cleaning services required at the property after the inspection of property would be charged.  Please note that it can take up to a week to have the cleaning people get back to us with documentation and pictures if there is damage and process a refund check or credit.

 

Please note that if reservation is cancelled at any time after booking the property,  the $500 deposit will not be refunded.

  • Check in after 3:30 PM

  • Check out before 8:30 AM

  • Maximum overnight guests: 12

  • Minimum age to rent: 30

  • Children allowed

  • No pets allowed

  • No Weddings or Wedding receptions are permitted on property

  • No other events allowed

  • No smoking allowed

  • Please do not move the Outdoor Grill from the back (driveway) side of the house to the beach side decks

  • Please do not remove the house or beach towels from the house for use on Boats for excursions
